Pros

Focused on growing and not remaining stagnant. Driving positive change is an expectation, along with Challenging ideas to find the "right thing" to do. Encouraged to treat others they should be treated. Culture fit is the focus for talent acquisition which helps make sure everyone is swimming in the same direction however thought diversity is encouraged/expected as part of the challenge process. Tons of opportunity to advance or try out other roles. Compensation is based on your contribution, not on the number of years you've been there. The more value you create, the more compensation you can obtain.

Cons

Bureaucratic at times. It's difficult to gain alignment on the Enterprise level. Upper leaders want to drive a Digital Transformation, however, there's little evidence they want to model the way forward. It's corporate, they'll let you work your fingers to bone, you need to take control of work-life balance.

Pros

Good insurance. The Atlanta office was more flexible with remote/hybrid work

Cons

The politics. People devalue teammates. Constantly changing direction so no meaningful impact can be made. Not a lot of diversity. If you don’t ask how someone’s kids are, you get complaints that you’re cold and difficult. Got there and a reorg killed the reason I was hired and was never provided with any sort of hope of growth opportunities.
