      Pros

      There are many reasons why Koch Industries is a great place to work. The philosophy of Market Based Management, the ability to drive change and innovation from an individual contributor level, the integrity and compliance and other principles by which all employees are expected to uphold, the freedom of a long term perspective.

      Cons

      It is not a cake walk, but the being able to understand the value that each role creates and the fulfillment of moving the team forward are definitely worth the effort.

      Pros

      The two best things about working at Koch are the people, including peers, team members, supervisors, and upper management, and the opportunities that are presented. We expect all of our employees to challenge, not only themselves but each other; that creates an environment where people are trying to strive for the best as a collective whole.

      Cons

      Our recent focus has been on improving employee engagement and creating flexible environments. We weren't at the forefront of this, nor were we at the forefront of advancing our technology, but we're working hard to catch up and get us where we need to be.

      Pros

      Continual strive and challenge to improve ourselves, others, our services, and how we create value for society. Very focused on growing and developing people. Company culture is more than posters on walls, but the true success and focus of the company.

      Cons

      Can be bureaucratic occasionally. Mental model shifts occurring from traditional ways of approaching problems and organizational structures, but not fast enough.
