      Large company with a lot of different opportunities and businesses to explore. Good people and a CEO you can relate to.

      Cons

      Getting more beaurocratic as time goes on, starting to feel like big government which is opposite of Charles beliefs.

      I absolutely love the MBM philosophy of managing business to bring value to the business, customers and the free society. Truly a remarkable company that cares about long term goals for the employees and seeks to challenge every day to improve, grow and learn.
