      Pros

      MBM and overall company culture, value focus approach to all capabilities (Risk, IT, Finance, etc...), empowered at the individual level to bring new ideas forward, and endless opportunities to advance based on your personal comparative advantage.

      Cons

      None - it's important to note, however, that if you don't fit the culture, you will find it difficult to be successful.

      The Koch culture gives you the opportunity to feel good about your accomplishments and is appreciated as well as rewarded.

      Cons

      Sometimes great ideas can take longer than you'd like to gain buy-in and approvals, which can slow the process of completion.

      Pros

      They actually practice what they preach here! Koch is a great place to work with like-minded people. The MBM philosophy is taught and followed here very consistently. I highly recommend you read at least one of Charles Koch's books if you're serious about working here.

      Cons

      You sometimes have to deal with people that think negatively about Koch based on what the media says.
