Pros

Early salary, Good Assests ,

Cons

Worst company with stupid MBM culture..you can be fired anytime from the job ..Never ever join KBS O365 Team even if you don't have a choice..This is the worst team ever with some stupid managers who will make your life hell..They will forcefully tell you read the stupid book written by CEO and then make everyone understand about it everyday..Out of 8 hours, you will end up having meeting for 7 hours related to MBM discussion which is completely ridiculous ..If you are not able to speak on MBM, you will be terminated anytime..Please refrain yourself to join this org specially KBS O365 !!

Pros

Nothing to say. Everything is bad here.

Cons

Never join to Windows and VMWare team , this is the worst. You will end up your career because they play with you and if you resign then they will force you server 90 days . No MBM is followed by anyone, just for sake it is said. Known and Family members are promoted and recruited/referred into various posts. During hike you will cry as they will give 0 and will say everything are basic Roles and Responsibility so no value added. you would be forced to work on automation and daily innovation item and if you solve P1s for entire year only they will never appreciate. No work from Home during Pandemic. No reimbursement given for broadband No promotion concept. Micro management. If you speak or challenge (MBM) they will target you and Put you in PIP. first they will give good CTC, then every year you will see how hard it is to justify your entire years effort to them Please be aware before accepting the offer. Go for other service based company instead

Pros

KPL is a good place to start your career. You are given a decent amount of responsibility right away, and are given a wide variety of opportunities. They give you the opportunity to get some valuable experience. When I started, if you excelled in your role you were given larger opportunities and more responsibility. The majority of the employees were personable and enjoyable to work with. I made some really good friends at this company.

Cons

MBM is used as a crutch in the Southern Operating Group. Management has placed so much emphasis on MBM that employees feel in order to succeed they must be "a MBM champion". This results in employees simply playing a game, where what you say is more important than what you do. Management is not trustworthy. A good amount are in their position due to their use of MBM, not because of their knowledge and results. They claim to be transparent and open, but employees can see through most of the facade. As an employee, I always felt my supervisor would rather save face than back me on an issue. There is an inner circle of management in the SOG that creates a conflict of interest which everyone is aware of, but few people feel can be addressed. 360 reviews occasionally give good feedback that can help you improve. Most of the time, it's just a list of everything you've done wrong. The turnover rate at KPL in the SOG is alarmingly high. During my employment, the engineering and construction group had close to 70% turnover in 3 years. This should be a giant red flag to management in Wichita that there is a leadership problem. There is no work/life balance. KPL doesn't seem to care about employee morale. The only events outside of work are combined with FHR. No team building, no social events, etc. Perfect example - In order to get a Koch Pipeline hat, you had to lead an MBM discussion. Shirts weren't given out unless you participated in certain events. Not receiving free items is not the issue, the issue is there is no example of appreciating employees.
