Pros

The majority of employees are great to work with. It was the best part of my job. You do get paid, but it will be less than you could get somewhere else. Benefits are ok, similar to other companies.

Cons

Poor management. Most supervisors have mastered the ability to sling buzzwords about the management, but have little to no experience doing any work. Inreality most of them have 2 years or less in the company. They have almost no idea what you're doing or why. All they know is we have to cut costs. i agree with the other reviewers that many supervisors are simply yes men who agree with whatever management comes up with. Compensation and reviews. Part of the comp philosophy is individual pay based on your results, which is a nice idea. What it means is you are not getting a raise, either because the company isn't making enough or because your review wasn't good enough. Your review will have some actual feedback, but most of it is based on how well you are liked by your reviewers. Anything you did wrong, no matter how small will be held against you. It's a great way to push for more from you without paying you more. Retention. Basically no one plans on staying with the company. Most of the people I worked with were looking to get out before they were let go. Most of the high performers leave within two years. The burnout rate I'd incredibly high. Work life balance. I didn't have a vacation without emails or calls for 3 years. You will be expected to be available at all times. If you don't answer it will be held against you in your review. Cost cutting. I heard optimization more times than I could count. The organization is trying to cut costs everywhere, which results in a heavier load on the employees. They're leaving for a better run company, like I did, which makes the remaining employees more loaded. Culture. This is both good and bad. If the management system was actually used it would be an ok place to work. But the system isn't seen as a tool. It's seen as a goal in itself. It is thought that if you follow the system success is guaranteed, regardless of facts and reality. The idea of challenging decisions is great, but don't actually do it. You'll be labeled a trouble maker and told you don't have the big picture. It's an incredibly frustrating feeling when you have a valid concern. In the end most people just give up on trying to make a difference.

Pros

Guiding Principles that are not just an idea or a thought, but practiced daily. A culture that not only embraces change, but expects process/procedure challenge. A culture that allows the individual to evaluate their role and find true sustainable value through challenge and innovation.

Cons

No onsite gym or workout facility.

Pros

If u r lucky will get good project. Onshore is collaborative and approachable They want to work with u as partner.. too much work but good to have as you find meaning to it... As long as you are working with Onshore

Cons

Bangalore management is worse. Dont care about employee. Even called office without reason during Pandemic.. my colleague got Covid because of that Even no support during covid period as well They opened a helpdek for name shake, u will actually get no help.. as higher management made no collaboration with any mddical institution Pls refer to corporate like wipro, tcs, infosys, accenture and so many how they stand and supported their employee No salary revisionsl! No appraisal! You just forget about it.. being there 3 years not single penny revised.. and it might be a thought that because of performance.. no not at all.. out of 15 member team nobody got revision.. same dialogue of marginal contribution which the management will never define for you.. U can talk to onshore VPs, SVP s easily.. but here a simple supervisor or manager will behave like anything.. and it applies to all whom been interacted. Even top leadership also not focussed to anything and lacking view as well. Any unfavorable question u ask.. they said will discuss 1o1.. but that will never happen Perks and perquisites are also not good.. Insurance facility is worse.. co-pay for ur direct family.. parents not covered.. no other benifi Even after paying additional premium to cover Corona.. they didn't support with a single penny Even death benifit also 3 times of ur CTC.... simple startup also gives term policy minimum crore.. They dont even bother to pay for internet bill.. which is basic everywhere.. Subsidised food in cafeteria that also in subsidized quantity.. not sure if mgmt noticed No flexibiliy of WFH even if u have some need.. people want to ome office but need agility aswell as u say employee to be agile. It should be from both side, whereas other companies are doing it mandate In summary the bangalore management is not good at all.. The worst experience we have during this pandemic situation.. was expecting more support rather than this we are here to help call which is of no use
