Everything about this company sucks

I could rant but im not going to... I refuse to give any more energy to this company. Simple put stay away, I was with Koch for 4 Years... yet it feels like they took 30 years away from my life in stress alone. I was warned not go to work there by SIX former employees and I didn't Listen. They will take every idea you have for "transformation" and push it under the rug for awhile, til about a year later when someone you told has acted on the idea and is called brilliant. ( This happened multiple times) They will micromanage to every minute of your day. They work you to the bone of complete mental collapse and when you ask for help or a break, they just give you more work. They love to preach work life balance.... that's only for management. Forget ever having a work life balance while at Koch. Not to mention if you have any sort of Learning Difficulty! They will call your methods of education Redundant and unnecessary among other things... If your not the perfect Robot for them, Dont even bother. I hate this because I had such high hope and I gave it my all for 4 years through the tears and pain trying to be that "Perfect Employee".... Just stay away..... save yourself the stress and mental & Physical health issues working at Koch creates....
