Pros

Salary - Competitive Resume Builder - people want to work with you after you leave here

Cons

Senior leadership keeps employees in a state of terror. On more than one occasion I was told that it was good to "stay worried." When they say stay worried, they mean about your employment and your value to Koch. The leaders are more focused on revenue, and keeping all employees walking on eggshells then the emotional or physical wellbeing of anyone there.

Pros

You will learn a lot in a short period of time.

Cons

They market themselves as having work life balance when it is not at all. I specially chose not to go into public as I know I didn't want that life style but Koch is very much churn & burn mindset. There is also a disconnect between the KS office & ATL office that often times makes it hard to do your job. Too much turnover & quick to fire people.

Pros

As long as you learn the MBM game, you will have great job security and management will put you into a supervisory role regardless of your technical knowledge that falls within your subject area.

Cons

-MBM is used as a crutch in the absence of true technical knowledge -There are more supervisors than truly needed -Supervisors do not have a true pulse of the organization and how dissatisfied the majority of the workforce is. -No accountability of management -Senior leaders need to retire and bring in upper management from the outside, otherwise the culture will never change
