Good work life balance. Peace of mind and good people to work with . Management was warm during covid.

Cons

Understanding the process takes time as it’s not transparent . One has to learn by himself / herself . Not a con- it’s more like a pro but sometimes it gets too frustrating. Rest is fine.

Lots of great colleagues. If you're lucky and work hard at the right time promotion might open up but there is a ceiling to how high you go.

Cons

Zero support when dealing with personal issues. Bullying. Lots of drugs at senior levels.
