Pros
Colleagues in junior positions were really nice
Cons
I would think about that decision a lot before joining the accounts team. The managers in the department and the office manager are fake, ready to stab you in your back. They apply a terrible blaming culture, not only not assisting with people' s integration within the team but also performing a threatening behaviour. They will just criticise your job and give you a rididiculous amount of work as a 'test' rather than helping your development, giving the right training and keeping staff motivated. Also, you are expected to start work a lot earlier than your contracted time, all of that for free. They have no empathy about any person or personal circumstances, they could not care less about staff wellbeing and health. The most challenging part of the job is showing up while you feel the 'knives' behind you and working while you know whatever it is will be dissapproved. Unfortunately, the only thing I was able to learn was what I don't want in my life. I consider myself resilence but there is a limit a human being can tolerate. I trust they only try to reprogramme employees' minds to behave as robots, why would a human being would like to be treated as a machine. Pay was really little for what the expected my role to be. Elsewhere you would be happier. Worst company culture I have ever experienced and also worst management. My only regret is I did not exit that door earlier. If you feel identified by this review, dont worry is not you; you are only facing your worst job ever. I would highly recommend you to run away and don't look back, sun will be up again as soon as you are miles away from them. I don't think I ever reviewed an employer badly before but would like to avoid that someone else experiences what I did.
