International company, main office in Baker Street is quite nice.

Cons

Had a miserable time at knight frank. It is clear that administrators get treated really badly little training and really snobby snooty environment to work in. Avoid!

Pros

A good company to have an interview with as you get many tips to improve your performance. Well known company, industry recognised and offers excellent rotations on the graduate programme.

Cons

The HR assistant was very rude about not going to a “top tier” university for real estate. She was very insulting by stating that only Reading Uni and Cass Business Students are hired in the firm. The assessment day is poorly structured and very harsh to people who have the potential to succeed in the role but cannot handle a 8 hour rigorous day. Give all people a chance, it seems that the environment is very clicks and only hires privately educate or Caucasian people.

Global brand but bad management

Pros

Large global brand. Smart offices. Good opportunities for progression.

Cons

Very much run like an old boys club from a public school. Pay varies a huge amount for people doing the same roles. Very little sense of leadership from management and very poor treatment towards some staff.
