"Incompetency ahoy" should say it all! From lack of communication, to store management concerning themselves with their bonuses BEFORE the rest of the store, to lack of qualified human resource managers, this company has gone downhill rather quickly. It used to ba an awsome company prior to bankruptcy and merger with sears holding.

corporate management was all screwed up when i was there they were always calling the manager stressing him out and then we were being told to do 10 things at a time i was being an "assistant manager" at an area managers pay!
