Pros

Flexible schedule. Some of Co-workers are nice, friendly and helpful.

Cons

Little to no training. Everything I have learned the past weeks I learned by myseft making mistakes. Sometimes I feel ashamed because the clients are so nice and the service they receive is poor. Prices are always wrong, there is no people on the floor helping costumers and management don't seem to care. The only thing managers want is the Rewards program, the Sears credit card and warranties. They don't care is cashiers are rude or slow. Kmart does not care about costumers...

Pros

The registers are simple and easy to use. They are very considerate at scheduling your shifts.

Cons

The computers would freeze at times. They mainly judge your work based off of a percentage of people who use the Rewards Card which isn't fair. They are a bit disorganized. Floor associates have it easier than cashiers. There's lists of pressure on the cashiers to get a certain percentage of Reward Member transactions.
