Pros
Kmart as a whole is an okay company. It may just be the specific one that I worked at that was not up to par. My coworkers were wonderful and very helpful.
Cons
But the computer systems were not modern...NOTHING about this place was modern, the systems were old and often screwed up. Sometimes it won't let you into the system. All security tag removers were the hand held, dated kind where you literally have to pull until you think your hand will fall off. Basically, nothing was modern, it was all old peices of sh*t, that we often had problems using. Also, I had problems with the management. They didn't even ask me before moving me to somewhere else---a different position.
