Pros
Great, helpful colleagues. A good mixture of experience and expertise and a will to learn, everyone is hard working. A good business idea and great possibilities.
Cons
The leadership at the top is miserable! Stats and numbers are important but when making decisions they rather go on a hunch and put the stats and numbers aside. They are as short sited as what's good today and next week they (or he) comes up with another plan in the opposite direction. No trust in the organisation at all, management interferes in details they shouldn't be bothered with and instead misses to focus on the long term goals and visions.
