      Pros

      the one thing I like best with Klarna is all the talented and professional colleagues always wanting to do their best. Always thinking of how we could improve the offer towards consumers and merchants. Good work/life balance with flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      Being around a thousand employees growing quickly you need to find ways of knowing how to keep informed about who is doing what. Hence it can be challenging at times to get sign offs on projects from management when stakeholders changes very often.

      Pros

      Klarna has breakfast and a kinda good workplace before they will move to the new a bit nicer workplace in central Stockholm.

      Cons

      It is actually division against division. Some division get some benefits than others in some way and the culture is more or less if you don't think like we, you are out. This will make you lonely in the company and no one will try to make you one in the team or in the company.

      Great business idea, that has a bright future.

      I have seen so many competent, devoted and good people falling out of the trap door without previous notice or any valid reasons, it must be some sort of record for the Swedish labor market. Each time this happens, the company will loose a tiny bit of hidden knowledge, that these fired people bring with them out the door. A result of this "strategy" is that the company is in a state of permanent chaos as the works of fired employees has to be invented all over again, while upper management tries to expand as mad, making the Company even more chaotic... Google for "lämnar Klarna" and you will see the absolute minimal tip of the iceberg.
