Pros
the one thing I like best with Klarna is all the talented and professional colleagues always wanting to do their best. Always thinking of how we could improve the offer towards consumers and merchants. Good work/life balance with flexible scheduling.
Cons
Being around a thousand employees growing quickly you need to find ways of knowing how to keep informed about who is doing what. Hence it can be challenging at times to get sign offs on projects from management when stakeholders changes very often.
