      Pros

      Klarna as an employer requires a lot from the people that work there, but is also more than willing to give everyone a chance as long as they want it and you get highly acclaimed for good job. Klarna's future is as bright as it's employees. You work there because you want to contribute to and be a part of that future. The company is fast paced, international and vibrating of passion for making a difference.

      Cons

      As a heavy tech company , Klarna employees gender distribution is unbalanced with a significantly larger male percentage. This is reflected in most parts of the company, including the management team and board.

      Pros

      It's great working at Klarna. I love the pace of things, the international atmosphere and the co-workers. Most of them are friendly, although super ambitious – that's not too common. Good managers at least in my part of the organization.

      Cons

      There's an culture of working far too much (and always being online and available) that feels anything but modern. People answering emails at midnight – that's just creepy. Plus in a large organization where lots of people strive to refine things, there's sometimes a lack of coordination. This sometimes leads to things being worked with in different projects without sync.

      Pros

      With the company expanding there are a lot of opportunities for personal and career growth.

      Cons

      Still not a 100% sure what I think of the Klarna culture. I think the invironment will get "cozier" when many of the new employees are settled in.
