      Pros

      This is a company where change happens every week. You'll be surrounded by ambitious individuals who are used to working hard and aiming high. If you show your feet you can have amazing career development at an early age and have a lot of responsibility early in life.

      Cons

      When things happen quickly, sometimes this company forgets about people management. HR is a rather weak department who paves the way for managers rather than defend its employees.
