      Pros

      Great atmosphere, Helpful, dedicated and honest colleagues, Taking responsibility and executing on your own without managers approval on every action, If you are a high performer, you will receive more responsibility fast. Be prepared to do your current job extremely well and also prove your potential future role in order to get promoted. (pro and con in my opinion, high stress/high reward) Great office, A lot of resources and focus is put on sales department (perks, events, possibility to travel business/pleasure) Be prepared to take responsibility and heat for your actions. If you do well, you will be glorified. If you underperform, you will be bashed/mocked for it.

      Cons

      Pros

      Very competent colleagues , high ambition, very successful, constantly evolving and trying to grow as fast as possible. If you have MacGyver skills while at the same time thinking long-term, you will really enjoy working for Klarna.

      Cons

      Not good at all at keeping talents and ambitious people. This may not be the company where you end your career. You're hired as one type of developer/manager - you quit as a developer/manager. More or less. There's almost no time given at trying to really make better software. Sometimes, it feels that everything is just focused at growing as fast as possible, causing a lot of frustration. I wish there would be some breathing room, just sit back & focus on fixing current problems we have instead of rushing out and just creating new ones. Thanks to extremely friendly and talented people, we're still on track though. (no BS. The people are just awesome!)

      Pros

      The best thing about Klarna is definately the high speed atmosphere in which they work. There are constantly new exciting project going on, both in terms of new markets and new products. The culture is also a great aspect of working at Klarna. There is a genuinely friendly atmoshpere in the company which has some of the largest talents working for them.

      Cons

      The nature of working in a fast paste setting is that there is a lack of strucutre and processes sometimes. This is in my own opinion not a con, I enjoy the lack of hierarchy and administration, but for some it could definately be frustrating.
