Great atmosphere, Helpful, dedicated and honest colleagues, Taking responsibility and executing on your own without managers approval on every action, If you are a high performer, you will receive more responsibility fast. Be prepared to do your current job extremely well and also prove your potential future role in order to get promoted. (pro and con in my opinion, high stress/high reward) Great office, A lot of resources and focus is put on sales department (perks, events, possibility to travel business/pleasure) Be prepared to take responsibility and heat for your actions. If you do well, you will be glorified. If you underperform, you will be bashed/mocked for it.
