Absolute worse place to work AND I would never recommend working here unless they get new management.

Cons

- Managment thinks they are superior and treat employee unfairly. - Company only cares about their money and constantly moving and shuffling kids around to cut hours - Extremely high turnover rate with teachers. - Too much drama ALL the time.

Everything i have read about working at Kindercare on this site has been spot on. Not only does the culture suck, but the ethics & policies are only beneficial to the top 2 people in the center. They are cheap, manipulative, & serve a less than quality service to their customers. Everything you read about this company is true, regardless of location. Do not work here.

upper management is a bunch of liars and thieves. They care about one thing only and that is MONEY! They charge an outrageous fee for the week, and then charge extra for the classes that should be a part of the classroom everyday. Staff is constantly made to stay past their shifts because there is not enough people. They will make you work open to close one day and then take a 3 hour break to keep you from getting overtime. They lie to the families about what the children do throughout the day.
