Pros

If you have a younger child - the discount on services is nice

Cons

No work-life balance if you are a salaried employee. They tell you they listen to their employees but that is a false front to a group of higher ups that just want you to be their puppet. This company only values the bottom line and employees who do as they say, even when its against licensing policies and doing the right things for children. You are made to feel like a number and management threatens and makes their field employees to work in fear for their jobs every day. Do yourself a favor......don't put yourself through the agony and pain of working for this organization unless you want to be controlled and love the highest level of stress and anxiety you can ever imagine!

Pros

The only pro to this company is that they pay their teachers higher than anywhere else in the area.

Cons

THIS PLACE IS A GIANT JOKE. I lasted there for all of 2 weeks before having to quit. I worked as a lead teacher in the infant room and I have never been around such terrible co-workers in my life. The staff were MEAN to those infants. Yelling at them to get out from under me, stop crying, you're being ridiculous, and in some cases swearing at them. There was also an incident where an infant transitioning to the toddler room wasn't fed all day because the staff in the toddler room was too lazy to give him his bottle. Then they laughed and hoped that the parents wouldn't realize it. The director was told and she didn't do a thing about it. I reported all this to upper management and they told me that this is all a "miss-understanding" and it can be worked out. Treating children like crap and laughing about it, isn't a miss-understanding. If I could get in touch with all the families there, I would tell them to pull their kid as soon as possible. No child deserves to be treated like that.

Pros

Co-workers, benefits, that's about it...

Cons

Long hours, little to no holidays, lack of supplies, lack of resources, watching good kids get maliciously attacked
