Decent hours. Time off usually granted.

Cons

Poor management. Always treated as if you were less than worth any respect. Rarely given supplies needed. Then when they are supplied they are not all that you need to complete a task.

met alot of really great families, made some friends with co workers

Cons

no money. constant overtime. treated like a workhorse because we were always understaffed-- the director would hide from us so that we couldn't ask her to let us use the bathroom which resulted in bladder infections.

I love working with the kids and gaining relationships with families

Cons

I feel very underpaid for what I do and how many kids I take care of. I feel so unappreciated I never feel like I do anything right. I work my butt off exhausted every single day and feel disrespected often from management.
