They want yes people, very female dominated department do not like to promote male employees. The managers are to young and and lack experience

Nice colleagues to work with and hang out after work

1. Open plan office is simply a bad idea - contrary to what the trend is now. 2. Pay is low compared to other law firms with the same industry focus and specialisation. 3. Billing targets are unrealistic - and it should not be the junior associate's responsibility for failing to hit billing targets when there's not much work/caseload to begin with.
