Pros

It is very flexible. You can work your own hours as long as you stay focused and on task. Go for it.

Cons

It is very easy to be distracted because you don't have somebody watching you the whole time. Occasionally you will see this downside in the office with frequent personal conversations and slowed efficiency.

Pros

National Network with decent info-sharing infrastructure. Some of their training is excellent, especially for newer agents. Brand and brandnames are outstanding. Marketing materials are pretty good.

Cons

Management at local level is weak. Team leaders (Or managers at other offices) are incompetent and lack basic leadership skills. Team leaders lack of leadership and management cause friction within the office. Certain agents are given preferential treatment, (differeent splits, etc.)
