Pros

There is training for just about anything. If you ever have a question, someone is always willing to help answer it. KW has a very caring type atmosphere.

Cons

The commission split could be a little better than what it currently is. The annual cap to reach 100% commission should be lowered as well.

Pros

Know what's going on in real estate and the types of deals that are out there, depending on the office, pay (and if they're still profiting) pay can either be excellent or horrible (I made $20 per hour at one office + bonuses and only $12 at another)

Cons

The "culture"! There were monthly office "parties" (always on a Friday night) that were mandatory to attend, quite a few long distance mandatory conferences for the MCA position, and the majority of real estate agents act like teenagers in highschool; they throw tandtrums, there are many cliches, many are "hot tempered".
