Pros

Good communication and lots of training classes, broker support is excellent. Name recognition of the brand is helpful in selling real estate.

Cons

Not upfront about actual commission splits, the company takes more money out of your sales than they give the impression of in the interview.

Pros

Friendly supportive culture, good commission cap and downline potential for retirement income. Website offers tools helpful to start your business. The KW concepts are invaluable.

Cons

Office is sometimes disorganized. Classes are taught by agents and not real trainers. Free training is broad, and high level. I believe the more helpful hands on training is only available for purchase, as I have never seen it offered in the office.
