Pros

Nice office space Friendly people Work from home 5 days a month Good place for starting your career, or if you want to learn about a larger panel company.

Cons

There are no career routes for Project Managers. The salary is below industry standards, bonuses are non-existent - expect to work like a mule for very little return. Managers in Operations exhibit control freak behavior. You'll only get rewarded if you're a manager's pal or if you do exactly what they want you to do. Anyone who doesn't fit this criteria will never be able to progress. You're expected to attend at least 4-5 repetitive corporate meetings and presentations each month, and take on extra 'initiatives', just because... The staff turnover is the highest it has ever been. About 15 Project Managers have left the company in 2017 with many others looking to leave. None of them will be replaced any time soon. In conclusion, don't join Lightspeed.

Pros

Open office space, smart and nice people to work with, management people can be reached easily, high profile clients, some perks like Friday breakfasts, Tuesday fruit, beverage cart. Casual working environment. You can make friends here, people are down to earth, not a lot of politics.

Cons

Low pay to junior people, not competitive in the industry, hard to live with that little money, let alone feeling motivated. No bonus or merit raise this year company wide due to poor decision from Kantar UK leadership. AV has not been performing well in recent years and was dragged even more by some other bigger Kantar brands. Unclear career path, analysts are waiting about two years to get promoted with no raise in between, and even with promotion the raise is minimal. HR do not even have job description for next level role. Turnover rate is high. Work lacks innovation, not well adapted to the digital world, decks look dated as well. Kantar is changing the ways of work, lots of things are outsourced or centralized, resulting in less support and harder to get the job done.

Pros

vacation time, nothing else at all

Cons

Salary is a joke and insult, management is too afraid to move up in the company so they die in their positions and employees act like spoiled children who have clue of what the real world is like since they live in a bubble. Its a safe, isolated environment for introverts who cant make it in the real world.
