Pros

Work from home, thats about. Honestly not much good with this company. Good start up position but would utilize that and find a better position quick.

Cons

Long hours, insane work, understaffed, ask too much of employees without enough pay. No recognition of hard work and show extreme favoritism. Upper management has no clue and expect employees to do too much.

Pros

Variety of clients is pretty diverse, and each person takes on a fair amount of responsibility pretty quickly. Usually not boring work.

Cons

If you work here, expect to be completely over worked and underpaid. Most people leave after two to three years for that exact reason. Analysts sometimes have to work until three am to get the work done. As people leave, they don't always replace them, putting even more strain on those left. Current head of company is completely out of touch- it seems like all he cares about is the money, NOT the people.
