Great people, supportive environment with brilliant individuals throughout the mid and lower levels. Alot to learn from everyone around. Relatively flat structure till the business unit level that encourages great cooperation and teamwork.

Cons

Terrible higher management that used to be one of the best but the current management is terrible. From a people focus management to a sales focused environment, causing stress and plenty of politics. Terrible hires at the top as well, bringing in people who don't care about the juniors.

Free bagels on mondays I guess

Cons

No organization within the company. No client management skills, time management skills, or any ways to keep projects from being mismanaged. No one seems to know what anyone else is doing here. It is extremely cliquey and if they don’t like you they ice you out like middle schoolers. The workers here care more about happy hour than creating a culture that keeps business. I’ve never met so many people with their own heads up their butts.
