Office location is good and easy to commute from most places, offer hybrid work and relaxed hours

Cons

Toxic workplace, bullying and disrespect is common, staff is mostly not qualified for their jobs but sitting there from long time and lobbying keep their job secure. Over worked, expect you to work on weekends and evenings regularly to cover the work burden and under resourced teams.
