      a big company with a lot potential

      Cons

      No company culture. Training and staff development plans are the exception. Very hierarchical and bureaucratic structures. No work/life balance. Interesting tasks are reserved for few people. No clear rules at all and no clear strategy. High attrition rate, no job distribution or onus, high levels of job dissatisfaction.

      Pros

      Super smart people, blue list clients, differentiated cultural insight offer, fun atmosphere day-to-day. Potential to do impactful strategic and creative work. A management push to reinvent the way marketing research and strategy are done.

      Cons

      Added Value was one of the first and savviest marketing consultancies in its heyday. It is now struggling to find its footing in an evolving marketing context. Despite management efforts, change is slow to come, due to in part to constant scrambling to meet short term financial goals.
