Great work place environment. Very supportive people. Great culture. Many policies for employee benefits. Lively environment. One will surely love to work here.

Cons

Less hike as compared to other competitor companies. Specially for the programmer level employees. No specific benchmark set. No salary increment on promotion.

Pros

Will get salary before time, admin and accounts dept are very nice. You will find few great mentor, rest of them are just working on their images.

Cons

Will not get recognition. Only those people get promotion who stay late and work in odd hours, no matters what they are doing in day time. Worst HR dept, hr will not take any grievances of yours, mangers are god here so you have to be in his/her 'chamcha'. IMRB management has typical conventional approach in managing people.
