      You can earn while you learn. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you get to be a mentor for students in clarifying doubts . This helps in building strong communication and management skills.

      Cons

      I don't get to see and downsides as far as my job is concerned. But at times you might be a little stressed to get things done on time.

      Pros

      They are very, very flexible with student schedules. I have also made some of my best friends at this job.

      Cons

      I couldn't afford to support myself at tho this job. It only paid minimum wage, and the hours were 8-5, meaning with my student schedule I couldn't pick up more hours.
