      Pros

      The people, the clean air, the fun campus activities and events. Relatively safe place to live, with little to no traffic.

      Cons

      You have to pay for a parking permit, which can be expensive if on a low income. Also, parking spots are oversold; get to work by 7:45 AM, or you may not have a place to park.

      Pros

      Work is fun and usually rewarding. Benefits are fantastic.

      Cons

      Compensation increases are very rare because of the state budget. Even in situations where management recognizes a deserved increase, it doesn't happen.
