      stable paycheck, some benefits. it is hard to think about pros

      It's a tough environment, they don't seem to care about the people in the department I worked in, I never got any feedback from my supervisor. Promotion opportunities are difficult too. Professionally this position did not help me to grow, universities are supposed to have a positive environment that helps you grow professionally and personally
