      Pros

      Oldest airline still with the same name in the world - very stable and professional job environment - great people to work with both in the air and on the ground ! Open just culture to do your job as a pilot !

      Cons

      Not much I can think of.. More flexibility in scheduling ( rostering ) would have been nice - but that is changing for the bettet as of now ( september 2018 ) / if living in the Netherlands a very high tax rate on income ( about 53%). Relation with Air France is difficult. KLM tries to safe on every penny and Air France seems to go on strike every month or so.

      Legacy carrier. One base of operations. Very good training of pilots. Very professional training department

      Limited grip on private life. Management who treat pilots as production employees
