Pros

Company is well established and known. Looks after employees well enough. Benefits and advantages are good.

Cons

Shrinking in need for man-power. Highly centralized and centralizing more by the day. Difficult sometimes to grow as an individual, due to limited opportunities internally.

Pros

The first airline company in Europe with the best engineering qualified staff - taking care of safety of customers - keeps the airline capable of competing in this competitive Aviation business. An airline which has successfully operated the Northwest alliance, ans with AIRFRANCE buy out - has become a stronger player in the Aviation Business.

Cons

Air France -KLM way of operation has been a rather difficult to integrate mainly because Air France uses more French, where as KLM has always been international and used English to communicate.
