      Pros

      1. Colleagues are super nice and friendly. Great expat culture. 2. Can work on multiple projects so which helps gain domain knowledge. 3. Heavily discounted flight prices.

      Cons

      1. They will hire people on contract basis from the market rather than promoting one of their own who knows better business, context and entire project end to end. 2. Will never give proper feedback of what needs to be improved. Apparently, it is just a list of things but that list is unknown. 3. Lot of dependence on one-two people who are calling the shots.

      Pros

      Only one: you get discounted flights after 6 months of working.

      Cons

      Company feels like it's still in the 80's. They do a lot of manual work pen and paper. The teams are very disorganised, and for data scientists the work is not great. Quality of data is poor, there is not much room for machine learning applications, it's mostly analysing (poor quality) data and showing plots to stakeholders.
