Team is very disorganised, company has old mindset - Data Scientist KLM Employee Review

Company feels like it's still in the 80's. They do a lot of manual work pen and paper. The teams are very disorganised, and for data scientists the work is not great. Quality of data is poor, there is not much room for machine learning applications, it's mostly analysing (poor quality) data and showing plots to stakeholders.
