I came into this company with high hopes, as it wasn't very well known I thought I could r ally make something of my self. I've worked my way through some too companies and I have honestly enjoyed my time in beauty retail. KIKO IS NOT BEAUTY RETAIL. The company has no clue what there doing, too many chiefs in the building. No direction and when you do get direction it's from a million different people and then you get in trouble for not doing what the first knew said. There is no balance, it's just work work work... I'm not saying that is wrong BUT have a laugh, get to know your team, have fun, go for dinners, have cocktails, help each other out. I've been at this job less then 6 months and I've been to the doctors twice because I feel so down. I have worked in makeup for 8 years and never had to do that. 10 hour days, with 1 hour lunch, late shifts all the time, early shifts are a bonus but you don't finish on time. So my h drama in one place. I think that the company is run by people that have no clue about makeup and everyone thinks they are some sort of god send. I'm genuinely a happy positive person and in every work place I've had a blast. Kiko is by far the worst job and EVERYONE I speak to says the same. In 3 months over 20 staff have left... please don't work here. You'll ruin your life!!!
