Pros

Loved my clients and The product was reasonable for affordable prices.

Cons

Literally the worst company I've worked for, I was a manager making only $12 a hour they didn't teach or train anyone properly. Lazy staff.

To specifically target this need, we have implemented an entire training program here within the U.S. that ensures all new hires and current employees receive proper training. There are also now frequent planned store visits from these trainers that carry out training refreshers as well as new collection launch trainings.

Pros

You literally don't do nothing all day, easy money.

Cons

- no growth - be prepared to work shifts by yourself - if there's a flaw they don't like about you they'll write you up until you're out - no gratis - their products are crap, they know a product sucks but will try to lure you in with winning a price at the end of the month for top seller - only way to grow is if you mess around with the owner, hence why the current area manager is where she is today - a product can be $18 one day & $2 the next

Pros

the only pro that ive taken from this company ,is how NOT to run a business full hours benefits inexpensive makeup

Cons

no control over anything. horrible pay. have to lie to sell product even when its defective. managers, keyholders are just glorified sales associates. inconsistent training. if you are full time, you will have no life due to scheduling. You work even when not on the clock. did i mention horrible pay. I had very high hopes for this company as i started out.I am a person that takes pride in my position. What keeps an individual motivated other than monetary compensation is being treated with respect.Ive had very high tolerance tring to convince myself this company will do better but as they are making several "adjustments"Im starting to see how unorganized and horrible choices they make as far as upper management goes. They talk to you like an incompetent child.Yell over you wirhout proving a point.Sad to see so many workers who were very excited to be part of this beauty company come to complete disapointment.Kiko Milano will surely drain you and leave you with no positive experiences.
