Pros

None- avoid at all costs unless you want to be miserable or unless you just need it as a stepping stone for something else!

Cons

No respect. Sales driven to the point there is a huge turnover of staff and the directors really don't care. Kiko is a constant revolving door when it comes to staff. No real quality to the makeup just cheap crap. The pressure is unbelievable.

Pros

They have a vast range of products... That's the only good thing I can say.

Cons

I have never worked for a company with such high turnover of staff. In the 3 months I worked there, the store went through 20 members of staff, including 2 managers and an assistant manager. Management haven't a clue what they are doing. You get conflicting statements from them about what their standards are. You're expected to start 15minutes before your shift starts, and stay as long as they deem necessary after your shift, whether that is (minimum) 30mins or an hour.i They're all about getting the customer in, forcing them to buy a tonne of crap and get them out. Trainers have favourites, and are very blatant in their bias towards them. It takes them MONTHS to approve holiday, just to cancel it a week before hand. They hire management and staff that have NEVER worked in the cosmetic industry, yet expect miracles. If you're Italian, you're pretty much guaranteed a job.

Pros

You can get some leftover or over-stock cosmetics...

Cons

1. A total caos management. High level directors don't know who does what among his/her employees. It happens that a director does not know neither technically nor operatively the work within his/her managing area. Employees had much difficulty in getting feedback from supervisors/directors, either by email or face-to-face meeting. Initiatives and projects are mostly aborted due to the incapacity of people. Zero transparency. No internal communication at all!! In this case no one is properly valued and evaluated. 2. Political play is more important than working performance and contribution. It is an old style company where personal relationship decides your career path. The professionality of a few upper level is like what described in point 1. Just imagine how miserable the situation is. 3. No willingness to truly develop in global markets. Relationship between local office and HQ is very bad among all markets. 4. Turbulence in upper management. Nearly all director level are fired in a few months. Some irresponsible managers just disappeared! A lot of resignations happened in a short time and handover of job is never properly handled. 5. No one is happy in this company. Level of working place happiness is the lowest I’ve ever seen. Employees are not treated well neither professionally nor personally.
