Pros

Decent pay. 3 weeks vacation to start. Sick time is good. Health insurance is great.

Cons

Little Communication. Very little room for advancement. They dont like to promote you to sales if you are successful where you are, they dont want to risk not finding another fill in for you. Not enough tuition reimbursement. Im also now on my THIRD manager in 4 years.

Cons

There is too much overtime for full time employees that is mandatory. Leadership is forced to be stretched thin and have too many responsibilities
