Excellent People and Products. Superlative work ethics and quality. Flexible work hours. 4 days per week, 10 hour days. A culture that enjoys food and social activities just as much as work. Opportunities to travel to Europe and interact with just about anyone in the company.

Cons

A little behind on green footprint (ie solar, ev chargers etc).
