The company is family owned and provides great work life balance

Cons

The company has mad changes in management which has changed the direction of the company. We no longer have sample bags, we have ridiculous compensation plans that make it impossible to make anymore money than your base. The company only seems to be getting worse as time goes on.

free juice, high sodium soup pouches, special coffee. They order alot of food for their employees. Pay is ok make sure you get what you want coming in the door

Cons

Cronisum, Poor Management, Inappropriate behaivor by management and employees, gossip, impossible goals set, interview process made me think I was trying to get into the pentagon.
