Pros

Future opportunities due to projected company growth

Cons

current opportunities are limited/lacking. not all of management(not sr management) is on the band wagon of giving people opportunties, where maybe they don't have the hard skills.

Pros

It is a good technology company but it need to focus in his branches and how are they doing.

Cons

Human Resources is poor on the Carolina Branch. Senior management does not focus on their priorities. No integrity values whatsoever for the people working their. They try to survive by making the numbers by the end of the month without seeing what could be wrong. Many irregularities regarding sexual harassment investigations. Look for how the people working in the company feel. Review the qualifications of the human resources management. Respect their employees. Do not make management changes so literally. Having the right person to do the job takes time. Do not place some one just to fill a position make sure the person is qualified. Do a complete makeover in the Puerto Rico Branch and things will get better.

Pros

Company continues to growth - so there is always something new to work on. The company is focusing on growth using acquistion. There are so many challenges in integrating existing companies into the JCI IT infrastructure.

Cons

IT likes to work with a very lean staff and IT is expected not to specialize. Everyone is expected to work and support multiple projects with conflicting priorities. IT is still consider an overhead expense and is the first to make cuts to meet financial goals. IT needs to become a strategic part of the company and be leveraged to help growth and existing business be more productive and created more competitive advantages.
