High turnover so seniority goes up pretty fast

Cons

Too much to list. Couldn’t care less about their customers certainly don’t care about their employees. They don’t follow their own values safety/caring/integrity is a joke. Exploit their flight attendants 18 hrs duty days with no breaks. Clean the planes for free. Only airline won’t allow their flight crew to sit in business class in uniform. Have to interview for your own airline to work business class. As if it’s something special. Don’t follow contract they agreed upon. Planes are ran into the ground. WiFi and TVs constantly broken. All talk “recycle” goes in the same bin as everything else. One year they gave extra money for not calling out sick during the busy months. Now you get punished with extra “points” . And instead of cash they gave you true blue points what a joke.
