Pros

None, a lot of fanfare when you complete your training but after that, you’re just a body.

Cons

After a year, I still don’t have a line and I’m still on reserve, which is hell. No one actually cares about you as a human being-sick? Too bad, if you call out, you got points. Who cares if you infect an entire plane with a stomach flu? Request days off in advance,? Nope, you’ll get denied based on an algorithm, no one will help you with that. The senior flight attendants are petty and condescending, they never retire so you have very little opportunity to gain seniority.
